There are steps to making your own weather station and improvised
weather instruments. But what's more important for you to learn as
much as you can about the weather, such as how it affects your life.
Here is a guide when making your own weather station:
Gather the materials needed for the weather instruments you'll use.
List down the steps and materials you'll use for the barometer, rain
gauge, thermometer, wind vane, and anemometer. Be sure to follow the
directions carefully.
Test the weather instruments you made.
See how the barometer can help you measure the air pressure and the
rain gauge for precipitation. For the temperature, use the
thermometer. Use the wind vane for wind direction and wind speed for
the anemometer. Take notes of the measurement.
Create a weather learning journal.
The weather learning journal should contain the measurements you've
had using the weather instruments. Also prepare questions about the
use of each weather instrument and what they tell you. Through the
weather learning journal, you can make conclusions on weather
forecast.

What the world needs today are precise and updated reports on the daily weather conditions of all countries. If such means are readily available in all countries around the globe, the safety of all people's lives and properties will no longer be an issue.
In the case of US, the Weatherbug of AWS Convergence Technologies, Inc. upholds the safety of the lives and properties of all US citizens by means of providing precise weather conditions, as well as relevant and updated weather reports. The weather station's live weather reports (whether the country will be having a hot or cold weather condition) are provided to its millions of American consumers through the use of mobile devices, handheld devices, and the Internet. Students, offices, and governments agencies in US are the major target consumers of Weatherbug. Its services are very in-demand since it's the sole live weather station available in the country.
In year 1993, WeatherBug declared its TV station partnership with ABC, FOX, CBS, and NBC. These local broadcast stations are now using the WeatherBug's weather services. The live weather reports from WeatherBug are seen in the stations' weather news updates and station sites. If other nations have a weather station like WeatherBug, difficulties of obtaining weather condition reports and updates will no longer be an issue.

Of futuristic themes, movies exemplify, if not the attack of outerspace aliens, it's the insurmountable wrath of nature. We've seen the earth teeter on the verge of extinction, or tornadoes blow away houses. Generally we've seen how weather can affect change in the balance of nature and life.
I've been a weather buff as soon as I've watched those films. I don't breed on satisfaction in mankind's battle against nature. But if there's one thing I've learned in those movies, well, weather is like a dice. You gamble on risks and chances. You never really know what the skies above will open up for you.
They say it's silly to splurge on weather gadgets if you could do more with digital equipments or hot stuffs like cars or motorbikes. If there are stamp collectors around the world who fancies their hobby, why can't there be weather junkies? Before we advance our trek to the future, with the "Star Wars" and "Matrix" phenomena, let us remember that science exploration and space adventures soared out to the universe with high regard to weather condition and its influence to change.
Having wireless weather stations and weather radios does not make me a science geek but I'd rather pride myself as a natural explorer. Getting closer to nature, I get a first-hand information myself. Whether we like it or not, weather very much shapes the balance of life.
