A few years ago, I was in the Philippines to visit a Filipina friend. She lived in
Valenzuela city. I stayed at her house for a few weeks and that was during the first two weeks of June. Unfortunately, that was the start of the rainy season in the country, so I wasn't able to enjoy the outdoor promises of the city. I wasn't that happy about the weather updates brought by PAGASA, since I think it is very unreliable and its weather announcements are really late. Further improvements on its public services should be considered by the agency.
