The rainy season in the Philippines has not yet reached its peak, but the country was devastated by two tropical storms already. The first one is Florita that came through the country a couple of weeks ago. I heard from online friends that the said storm left a sad number of Filinos, who were reported missing and dead. Also, the country's flourished land was filled with flash floods. When Florita left the Philippine region, it then brought a stormy chaos in China -- leaving more than 500 locals dead.
